Shaina Ruiz Assistant Commercial CSR Shaina joined the agency in the summer of 2007. She assists the commercial customer service representatives in providing daily service to our commercial customers and is also the receptionist for the office. Shaina recently returned to Virginia after working for Courtyard by Marriott in Annapolis, MD. She is a 2005 graduate of Brooke Point High School in Stafford, VA Philip A. Colclough, III Commercial Account Executive Phil is a Virginia native and long-time resident of Fairfax & Prince William County. Since joining Prince Wood Insurance in 1998, Phil has provided professional advice and insurance for the business community in Prince William County and surrounding area. Phil has over 20 years of experience in the insurance business. Phil is active in the local youth sports community and served two terms as president of the Independent Agents of Northern Virginia and currently a proud member of the Independent Agents of Virginia. Phil is a 1979 graduate of Hayfield Secondary School and he attended college at Hampden-Sydney and Virginia Commonwealth University graduating in 1984. He currently resides with his family in Manassas, VA. Sandra D. Dickson Servicing Agent / Personal Accounts Manager A native of Prince William County and a graduate of Woodbridge Senior High School, Sandra has been employed by Prince Wood Insurance since September of 1993 and earned her property and casualty insurance license in February of 1994. She provides professional insurance service to both the business and residential customers. Sandra also serves as a Notary Public for the State of Virginia. Sandra and her family moved to Stafford County, Virginia in 1996, where they currently reside. Marsha A. Gaines Commercial Customer Service Representative Agent Marsha has worked in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry for 19 years, concentrating primarily on commercial risks. She has provided professional insurance service to business industries varying from small one-man operations to large Fortune 500 companies through-out Virginia and the continental US. Marsha is currently working to achieve her AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance) designation through Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia. She resides with her family in Fauquier County, VA. Mark H. Rousseau Vice-President / Account Executive A native of Prince William County, Mark has assisted local businesses and residents with their insurance needs since joining Prince Wood Insurance in 1984. Since the 1993 passing of his father and founder of the agency, the late Robert Rousseau, Mark has developed relationships with top national and regional insurance carriers for the benefit of agency clientele. Mark is a 1978 graduate of Woodbridge Senior High School and a 1982 graduate of the University of Virginia. Robert M. Tolson, CPCU Commercial Account Executive A native of Prince William County, Rob has been providing professional advice and insurance for the business community since 1977. He is currently a member of the Prince William Advisory Board for Virginia Commerce Bank, a member of the Prince William Regional Chamber of Commerce, serving two terms as its Chairman of the Board of Directors, and is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia.

Chartered Property and Casualty
Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1997
and is a graduate of George Mason
University. He currently resides with
